- Remove a stack of paper from its packaging.
- Flex the stack of paper.

- when running a long fabric run, use the Take-up-Reel(TUR)
- HP Latex 360 and 370 Printer customers, order new Velcro metal banner output platen covers from our support team
- HP Latex 300 printer customers order them separately, not included with the printer.
- HP Latex 310 printer customers, need to manually adjust the dimensions of the fabric as the cover is designed for a 64-inch wide printer and not 54- inch wide printer.

Follow these steps to remove a printer from your HP Connected account:
- On your computer or mobile device, go to hpconnected.com, and then select Sign In.
- Enter the email address and password for your HP Connected account, and then select Sign In.
- If multiple printers are linked to your HP Connected account, find the printer you want to update, and select Change Settings.
- Otherwise, your printer settings display automatically.
- Under the name of your printer, select Remove Printer.
- Confirm the printer shown is correct, and then select Remove to finalize removing the printer from your HP Connected Account.

Follow these steps to register your printer with HP connected:
- On your computer or mobile device, go to hpconnected.com.
- Select Create Account.
- Enter your information.
- Review the terms of use, and then select the check box to agree to the terms.
- Select Create Account.
- Verify your information, and then select Yes, it’s correct.
- Enter the claim code from the Printer Info page that printed when you enabled Web Services on your printer.
- The printer code is only valid for forty-eight hours from the time it prints.
- If it has been longer than forty-eight hours, print a new info page.
- If you do not know how to print a new info page, try the guided tour to assist you.
- With the claim code entered, select Add to start using web-connected printing services.
- Customize your HP ePrint email address to make it easier to remember.
- In the ePrint Address section, enter a custom email address, and then select Submit.
- Use the updated address when sending print jobs from a device to your printer via email.

Follow these steps to get the printer code for HP printers without a touchscreen display:
- On the printer control panel, press the Wireless and Information buttons at the same time to print a Network Configuration page that contains your printer IP address.
- On a computer or device connected to the same network as the printer, open a web browser.
- Type the printer IP address, and then press Enter or select the Go icon or button.
- If a message displays indicating that accessing the website might not be safe, select the option to continue to the website.
- From the EWS, select the Web Services tab.
- Enable Web Services to print an information sheet containing your printer code.
- If Web Services is already enabled but you don’t have your printer code, disable and then re-enable Web Services to print a new information sheet.
- The printer code is valid for forty-eight hours from the time it prints.
- With the printer code, log in to your HP Connected account and add your printer.
